Welcome to Successful Swimming,  your first step in getting the most from your swimming.  A sense of accomplishment and enjoyment will follow with your success in the water. Years of experience in stroke technique development will guide you to a new found efficiency in the water.  Private one-on-one video sessions in the Monona Grove High School pool will guide you to becoming more efficient in the water.  The overwhelming results gained by Dartfish video analysis make all the difference in your progress in the water.  Whether it is your first attempt or you have been swimming for years, there are gains to be made.  Regardless of which type of Dartfish video session you choose, we are confident you will be pleased with the results.  You can choose to receive detailed video analysis with feedback or just the recorded session video (both using the Dartfish Software).  Please follow the Products and Services link for details.  Swim smart and be successful!

Bill is a US Masters Swimming Coach, certified Red Cross lifeguard, and current with CPR, First Aid, AED and O2.  Masters team swimming is available through Capital Fitness (www.capitalfitness.net).  All pool video swimming sessions are held at the Monona Grove Pool located in Monona Grove High School.
