Video Stroke Analysis Using Dartfish Software -
$75.00 per session (approx. 1.0 hour)
Private session at the Monona Grove Pool using both
underwater and above water video collection and analysis. The live video
will be used to provide you immediate feedback to analyze your stroke You will
receive a copy of the video footage taken at the pool. The video you
receive will be yours to keep but will not include text or audio notes.
Video Stroke Analysis Using Dartfish Software
(with video production and post session follow-up) -
$150.00 per session (approx. 1.5 hours + 30 minute follow-up)
Private session at the Monona Grove Pool using both underwater and above
water video collection and analysis. Follow-up one-on-one video analysis
occurs about one week following the video
capture session. During this session, you will receive a video DVD, formatted
for your specific needs, that
includes the video captured during the session. In addition, written notes
will be added to
the video outlining specific stroke and technique analysis collected and
discussed during the capture session. Finally, you will receive recommended drills
to improve your performance and self correct any inefficiencies identified on

Video Stroke Analysis for Two Using Dartfish Software -
$250.00 per session (approximately 2.0 hours)
Semi-private session at the Monona Grove Pool using both underwater and
above water video collection and analysis. Both individuals will receive a video DVD,
written analysis as discribed above.
